Jim Dee

Jim is a 30-year veteran of the financial planning business. He is an advisor at Greenleaf Financial and First Capital Advisor Group, LLC.

Jim has his Retirement Income Planning Consultant (RICP) designation from the American College of Financial Services. Jim is also a Certified Financial Education Instructor (CFEI).
His goal is to help individuals, families and businesses achieve financial success in terms they define.

Jim grew up with an appreciation of the value of hard work, discipline and integrity as his father worked for the railroads and his mother was a nurse. Jim attended Albright College in Reading, PA and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Jim lives in Little Silver with his wife and three kids where he coached his kids through youth sports and is a volunteer on the Parks and Recreation Committee in his hometown. Jim is a Notre Dame and NY Giants football fan. His passion for coaching has helped hundreds of people gain clarity on what need to be done to achieve peace of mind.
